Email support@rrabie.com with your order number and we'll cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
After 60 minutes
Orders enter our fulfillment queue within an hour. After that we may not be able to intercept them. If we can, we will — otherwise, treat it as a return once it arrives (we cover return shipping in that case).
Once shipped
If your order has already shipped, please refuse delivery or follow our return policy to send it back for a refund.
Cancellations initiated by RRABIE
We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, a pricing error is identified, or we suspect fraud. In every case, you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days.
