We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
What can be returned
- Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging
- Items with all original tags, manuals, and accessories
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
What can't be returned
- Items that have been used, washed, or seasoned (e.g. cast iron)
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
How to start a return
- Email support@rrabie.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll send a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions within one business day.
- Drop off the parcel with your local carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 2 business days.
Return shipping
If the return is due to a defect or our error, RRABIE covers return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer (deducted from the refund if a prepaid label is used).
