When refunds are issued
Refunds are issued once your return arrives at our fulfillment center and passes a brief inspection (usually within 2 business days of arrival).
How refunds are returned
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. For credit and debit cards, your bank typically takes 5–10 business days to post the credit. Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) usually post within 1–3 business days.
Partial refunds
If a returned item shows signs of use or arrives without its original packaging, we may issue a partial refund. We'll always email you before doing so.
Refund delays
If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven't seen the refund, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@rrabie.com.
